In 2019, as a result of the growth of, and opportunities presented to the Club, the Kingston Beach Surf Life Saving Club Committee identified the need to consider the direction of the Club and goals for the next five years through the development of a new strategic plan.
This Strategic Plan will inform and guide the Kingston Beach Surf Life Saving Club priorities, actions and planning for the next five years. Our club is committed to implementing and monitoring the plan in partnership with our Kingston Beach Committee, members, sponsors and the community.
This strategy will be complemented by an annual action plan that includes performance indicators and be reviewed annually to ensure it is contemporary and responds to emerging issues.
